"We are greatly encouraged to hear the news announced on Advent Sunday that the Reverend Alan Comfort will become the next Team Rector at St Mary's Great Baddow when he takes on that role at a service to be led by Bishop Laurie of Bradwell on Tuesday, 31 March (7.30pm).  Alan, his wife Jill and their three children will be moving into the Parish in the New Year and, although there are many preparations that need to take place between now and then, but we are looking forward thankfully and expectantly to their arrival".

Thank you ...

A huge thank you to all those who participated in our Christmas celebrations this year.

People cleaned, welcomed, invited, prayed, sang, read, preached, refreshed, organised, printed, folded, connected, illuminated, seated, encouraged and loved literally thousands of people through our doors for school and playgroup Christmas services, Special Carol Services, Crib Services, Midnight Communion and of course, our Christmas Day Celebrations.

We pray that Jesus will be seen and known through our worship of Him.
